The Depth of a Universe

When I was still a senior at my high school, I came to a realization. I was sitting with my stepfather and little sister, the words flying though my fingers to the little notes page on my phone. I no longer have the raw emotion from that yellow image, but the message is still imprinted upon my mind.
One of the things that I have both observed and lived in my life is the feeling on lonesomeness. Even at times when someone is surrounded by those they love that love them in return, the feeling of loneliness can become crippling and devastating. So many questions can come from this, especially to those who are in that cycle.
In a way, everyone is their own little universe. We interact with others, but no one is ever truly aware of the thoughts and events transpiring within others. The only things that we have access to in truth is our own being. (Disclaimer: we often can tend not to understand ourselves. It is very useful to learn how to interpret our own thoughts, emotions, and bodies.)
If you end up figuring out any of the factors to understanding how your universe moves and flows, you are one of the lucky ones. If you figure out what works best for you in any aspect, you are on the correct path. Even for those who feel lost or in pain, it is very important for you to remember this theory. No matter how low you may feel, you must know that you are your own universe. You are important. You have so much capability an probability in front of you. And the people that you will have drawn to you if you keep yourself open to the greatness that you can have access to if you keep your heart open to it. You hold the depth of a universe within you.

Stay safe, my little universes.
